2026 TACKLE FOOTBALL

Tab Recreation has provided tackle football in Indianapolis for more than 69 years, and we’re excited to bring it back again in 2026 for youth ages 7–13. This season, our biggest priority is player development (building confident, fundamentally sound athletes through age-appropriate teaching, safe technique, and consistent coaching). Tab Recreation partners with USA Football to deliver a high-quality youth experience, and every coach completes USA Football online training prior to the season to ensure our athletes receive instruction that is both effective and safety focused.

In 2026, families can expect a program centered on skill progression consisting of proper tackling and blocking fundamentals, position-specific training, football IQ, conditioning, and a strong emphasis on effort and improvement. Just as importantly, we will continue to develop character and community by keeping our core values at the center of everything we do: Faith, Teamwork, Sportsmanship, Fun, Fellowship, and Service to Others.

We’re looking forward to an outstanding 2026 season and the opportunity to help each player grow on the field and off.

2nd Grade (Must be in 2nd grade for current school year)
