Welcome to the Tab Recreation website! 

We are pleased that you have taken time to see what Tab Recreation can offer you or to your children.  We are now finishing up the Late Winter Basketball League and will start Spring Soccer on April  19th and Track on April 22nd. 

Since 1924, Tabernacle Presbyterian Church has supported Tab Recreation in its mission to provide a safe, non-threatening, inclusive place for all children, ages 5-14, to play sports. 

Tab recreation attempts to teach time-honored qualities such as sportsmanship, teamwork, honor, and trust through its selection of coaches and through its staff. 

Nigel Foreman, Tab Recreation’s Chaplain, over the last year has helped us focus on the spiritual needs of our participants.  Tab Recreation will continue emphasizing the spiritual along with the physical over the years to come. 

It brings a smile to my face every time I see Nigel form the prayer circle (Nigel, the coaches, and both teams) at the middle of the court and pray that the players will have fun playing basketball, but more importantly, honor Jesus Christ through their actions and deeds on and off the court. 

Enjoy being with your family and friends during the Easter Holiday and please don’t forget to attend the church of your choice and celebrate what Jesus Christ has done for each of us.
